The Romanian-American University and Envisia - Business School form a strategic partnership and announce a premiere in Romania: the first board member professionalization program accredited by the Ministry of Education.
Envisia – Business School and the Romanian-American University proudly announce an important milestone in Romania’s academic and professional landscape: the launch of the first postgraduate program for board member professionalization, “Corporate Governance that Creates Value”, accredited by the Ministry of Education and Research and the National Authority for Qualifications.
This strategic academic partnership represents a significant step forward for governance education in Romania, addressing the growing need for advanced, accredited training among board members and professionals working closely with governance structures.
Launched in collaboration with the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the program has successfully delivered nine cohorts since its inception, graduating over 130 professionals. Now, with academic accreditation, the 10th edition—set to begin on May 29, 2025—offers participants a certified, practice-based curriculum aligned with European education standards (6 ECTS credits awarded upon completion).
