BUSINESS STRATEGY CONSULTING
An innovative and unique global program, delivered in partnership with StrategyInAction.io (UK), designed for companies seeking greater strategic clarity, increased team engagement and accountability, and more effective execution of business processes.
The program includes access to the SiA platform, specialized training sessions, and on-demand consultancy, providing comprehensive support for defining, implementing, and monitoring successful business strategies in Romania.
COMMUNICATION AND PUBLIC SPEAKING WORKSHOPS
In our soft skills development workshops, we integrate acting techniques in a business context, combining two complementary perspectives:
- The strategic vision of an economist, consultant, and trainer, who ensures business-relevant content and insights (Cătălina Duțu).
- The artistic expertise of an actor and acting professor, who introduces specialized theatrical techniques (Filip Ristovski).
These highly interactive and practical workshops are always customized to meet the specific needs of our clients and the unique dynamics of each team we work with.
