Valorem

Founded in 1994, the VALOREM Group is an independent European operator in renewable energies.

For over 30 years, VALOREM has been working alongside local communities to promote a sustainable, inclusive energy transition.

Divided into subsidiaries, the Group is vertically integrated and develops, builds, operates and pilots green energy projects.

VALOREM is a pioneer in wind energy in France, and is actively involved in solar energy, storage, hydroelectricity and marine energy in Finland, Greece, Poland and Sweden.

With over 500 employees, it produced 1.3 TWh of electricity in 2023, supplying 575,050 people with green energy. VALOREM has a portfolio of 1 GW in operation and construction and 6.3GW under development.

By becoming a “Entreprise à Mission in 2021”, the Group has chosen to question its place and role as an entrepreneur in building a fairer, more sustainable society. Its mission is to “harness the energies of local communities to pave the way for a sustainable future based on solidarity”. VALOREM fights energy insecurity in France and around the world through its endowment fund, Watt For Change.

Having been present in Romania for several years, VALOREM is keen to extend its connections in the country and has become a member of CCIFER, whose premises it occupies.
