Webinar on how Recovery and Resilience Plans can help to deliver Europe’s twin challenge of green and digital transformation
22 March 2021, 14:00 – 15:15 CET
Event organised by Schneider Electric under the umbrella of the EU Industry Week 2021
The European Recovery Plan offers a unique opportunity to fuel Europe’s growth, while supporting its transition to a low-carbon economy. In line with the European Commission’s Green Deal, green and smart priorities are at the very heart of the European Recovery Plan, with at least 37% of the funding that should be allocated to climate and a further 20% to digital measures.
While some Member States are still in the process of finalizing their recovery and resilience plans before the April deadline, others have already set their priorities and submitted their plans to the European Commission. To ensure the EU is up to the challenge and seizing the opportunity for a sustainable recovery, the coming months will be crucial to outline ambitious reforms and investment projects in key sectors such as buildings, energy, transport and industry.
Are we on track? Join us to discuss the state of play of the European Recovery Plan and how it can deliver on green and smart recovery.
The webinar will provide an opportunity to learn about the ongoing process in Member States and their first experience of the EU Recovery Plan, to understand common features and barriers, and discuss how they can be addressed.
