International freight forwarder

Requirements:

- Completed higher education studies;

- Minimum 2 years experience on national and international road transportation market; experience on sea and air transportation market in considered an advantage;

- Advanced English knowledge; French knowledge is considered an advantage;

- Verbal and written communication skills in the relationships with customers and suppliers (negotiation and analysis);

- Organizational skills, both working on your own and as a part of a team;

- Seriousness and dynamism in making decisions;

- PC, Internet, E-mail knowledge;

- Keen attention to details.

Responsibilities:

- Prospects the transportation market in order to generate the best opportunities;

- Prepares commercial offers for customers;

- Negotiates prices with customers and suppliers;

- Plans and organizes the road transportations;

- Records orders and tracks shipments up to completion;

- Process the documents and keeps the liaison with the Finance department;

- Establishes and maintains optimal trade relationships with customers and transportation partners;

- Solves transportation problems if necessary;

- Keeps data confidentiality.
