The EXL Cluj site was established in 2009 and today provides services to clients across the Business Travel and Finance & Accounting sectors, with a workforce of over 250 employees proficient in five foreign languages.

When it comes to the Business Travel services, our French and German speaking employees support our clients with hotel, car, and rail reservations facilitating the entire process from start to finish.

We offer services such as bookkeeping, account management, and financial reporting to our Finance & Accounting clients, aiming to enhance operational efficiency.

With a firm belief in the power of education, we actively engage in initiatives that empower individuals with knowledge and skills to thrive in a rapidly changing world. From mentorship programs that guide young minds towards fulfilling careers to collaborations with local educational institutions, we are invested in building a brighter future through learning.
