Dentons advises Convergint on the acquisition of Helinick

Bucharest, July 25, 2024 – Global law firm Dentons advised Convergint Technologies, a global security and safety systems integrator, on the acquisition of Helinick, one of the leaders in safety and security systems in Romania.

The transaction is Convergint's first acquisition in Romania and it also marks the most important deal in the local safety and security systems market.

Dentons advised Convergint on all aspects of the transaction, including FDI clearance.
