A new anniversary for ID Logistics: 5 years of activity in Romania

At the beginning of October, ID Logistics celebrated five years of activity in Romania and marked the occasion through gatherings in each of the 4 existing warehouses.

“Each year, I was in the middle of our people, talking to them, taking anniversary pictures and shaking hands. The management, at all levels, were all among their teams. The idea of this celebration was to thank everybody for working hard and doing a great job. The seriousness of our people enabled us to be where we are today. I was really happy and proud to see lots of faces that were here in all 5 years. These are people who helped us build the company; together with the new colleagues, they are the basic pillars on which ID Logistics grew in the last years” mentioned Paul Nita, General Manager of ID Logistics.

“Also, as novelty, this year we had the first Asian teams that participated in this type of event. It was a great occasion to thank the warehouse employees for the warm welcome and the quick and easy integration into the working teams. We had learned that diversity is one of the new directions of our company culture and a trend that we will carry on in the future” he said.

2022 was a year for development and innovation. We continued our expansion on the Romanian market, and besides retail, we are now implementing new operations for FMCG clients.

In addition, we kept our people focus, selecting and training the future leaders and middle managers of our next logistics sites.

As a new focus, we added CSR on our strategic plans, activities which are coordinated very well by the Group.
