We have a regional presence in Central and Eastern Europe with offices open in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia and India.
We offer our clients a complete portfolio of consulting services, namely: investment, sale / land purchase transactions, rent service for office & industrial space/ production, as well as Forward transactions, namely: pre-lease, build to Lease, build to own, investment, sale and lease back.
Since our establishment we have brokered transactions of more than 11 million sqm in Central and Eastern Europe and thus, created a strong position among the consulting companies present here.
